Beginning in Mendoza where we will take the wine route, continue along the Cañón del Atuel to go to San Juan, to the Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley), Valle de Calingasta and Pampa El Leoncito. La Rioja is the next destination, with the Talampaya National Park. We go up to Catamarca and the Cuesta del Portezuelo to discover Córdoba as a farewell.

We go to the Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley) in the Ischigualasto Provincial Park and the Cañón del Talampaya (Talampaya Canyon), where we feel we stop in time going to the dinosaurs land, in the Triassic period of the Mesozoic Era. We meet a heavenly place in this region: Laguna Brava and we continue our route towards the Province of Catamarca along the Cuesta del Portezuelo, discovering the northern central region of Argentina.
Two provinces to discover: San Juan & La Rioja. We leave aside the traditional programs offered to conventional tourism to travel to the west-central Argentina with the Cañón del Talampaya and the Valle de la Luna as objectives, apart from going through San Juan and its surroundings, La Rioja, Chilecito, etc.
This program should be called "Along the Roads of San Juan" because it goes through all the points of interest in this province: From its capital city we leave towards the Valle de la Luna in the Ischigualasto Provincial Park, we continue to the Valle de Calingasta to arrive at Pampa del Leoncito. We cannot miss a visit to the north of the province to the Dique Cuesta del Viento, Jáchal and Rodeo.
